There isn’t a simple yes or no answer—it depends on your city, property size, and how you plan to use the building. Most homeowners do need a permit, but the process is usually simple. Start by checking with your building department, zoning office, or homeowner’s association. At Pine Craft, we’ll give you the tools and information you need to obtain a permit yourself—or, if you prefer, we can handle it for you.
If you choose a building from our lot, it may be delivered as soon as the following week. We typically keep over 50 buildings on-site, ready to go. For custom builds, the average wait time is about 4–7 weeks. If your structure needs to be built on-site, the process usually takes about 4–6 weeks.
Yes, we do. Many sheds can be delivered pre-built, but if your property access is limited or your design requires on-site construction, our team can build your structure right where you need it.
Every building we sell can be customized. Whether you want to adjust the roof pitch, add a dormer, include shelving or lofts, or choose from a variety of colors and finishes, we’ll help tailor the design to fit your space and storage needs.
We recommend preparing a level site, often with a gravel pad. Pine Craft also offers site preparation services—from grading to old shed tear-downs—so your new structure is set up correctly from the start.
